2020 is a challenging year, especially for restaurant industry. Although restaurants across Massachusetts will finally be allowed to offer outdoor dining as early as June, one in six restaurants have “closed either permanently or long-term,” according to a new survey released by the National Restaurant Association on Sept. 14.
